Lahore typically receives orders within 2–3 days, other major cities within 3–5 days, and the rest of Pakistan within 5–7 days from dispatch.
03 What is your return or exchange policy?
If something isn't right, reach out within the return window on your product's page and we'll walk you through an exchange or refund — no complicated hoops to jump through.
04 Are your products genuinely handcrafted?
Yes. Our wooden décor is shaped by hand using Sheesham wood, and every lamp, mirror, and centre table is quality-checked before it ships — nothing is a rushed, mass-produced copy.
05 How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS. You can also message us directly with your order number and we'll check its status for you.
06 How should I care for wooden and gold-accent pieces?
Wipe wooden décor with a soft, dry cloth and keep it away from direct moisture. For gold-accented lamps and mirrors, avoid abrasive cleaners — a gentle dust with a microfibre cloth keeps the finish intact.
07 Can I customise a size or finish?
Several of our mirrors and tables come in multiple sizes right on the product page. For anything beyond that, message us — we're happy to check what's possible.
